Director of Operations
Steve is the Operations Director at NLP with 14 years of experience within the Firm. He is not an accountant! He has strong commercial awareness with an eye for spotting business improvement opportunities. Steve ensures that the Firm is well coordinated by effectively drafting and managing procedures and coaching employees. He works closely with all departments to ensure that NLP maintains a cohesive working environment and is the Firm’s main adviser on all operational matters. His role also encompasses the role of Money Laundering Officer, having oversight of all AML regulations and updates.
Outside of the office, Steve’s main interests are football and music.
