The form on the Contact Us page of our website gathers personal and/or business data so we can allocate your enquiry to a relevant member of staff at Nyman Libson Paul.

We use your information as necessary in delivering services you have requested. For example, if you have signed up for a mailing list, we will use your information to deliver the newsletters relevant to that list. 

Website usage logs are anonymous and used for statistical purposes only (see Cookies below).

Access to your information

You may request access to your information at any time. You may request that we delete your information at any time. You may unsubscribe from any marketing lists at any time.

To do so, simply email assist@nlpca.co.uk and we will carry out your instructions within 7 days.

Third parties

In delivering services to you it will sometimes be necessary to pass your details to subcontractors or other Nyman Libson Paul entities. We are assisted by 3WBS Ltd t/a Wisetiger to assist us with our digital marketing and email mailing lists. They will not use your data in any way you have not consented to. 

If we sell our business, or part of it, we may transfer our databases containing your personal information.

With the exception of these circumstances, we will not sell or disclose your personal data to any third party without obtaining your explicit consent – unless we are required to do so by law.
