Rachel Baster

Assistant Manager

Straight from graduating with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Reading, Rachel joined NLP in 2011. Starting as a Finance Assistant in the Theatre Department, she has worked her way up the ranks and is now a fully qualified CIMA Accountant.

Rachel is the Theatre Department’s Assistant Manager and works across a broad range of productions, including show stopping West End musicals, award winning plays, ballets and touring productions.

As an experienced Production Accountant, she deals with our client’s management accounts, VAT returns and statutory accounts. She is generally the first port of call for any day to day ‘dramas’ that inevitably occur when a production is running!

Although her job combines a love of numbers and theatre, her real passion is watching her favourite bands and comedians at gigs and festivals.
