Tax Manager

Mehala joined the firm in 2022 as a Chartered Tax Adviser with numerous years of tax experience. She has worked with many firms, ranging from several Top 10 accountancy practices to very small organisations and brings a wealth of tax knowledge with her. She is now part of our dedicated tax team and works as a Tax Manager. Mehala works in personal and corporate taxes across both compliance and advisory assignments.
 
Mehala graduated from the University of Manchester and in the early days of her career obtained the ACCA qualification. Having worked in the audit, accounting and taxation fields, Mehala decided that she preferred a career in tax and became a Chartered Tax Adviser while working in the tax department of a large organisation. She has extensive tax knowledge of private client matters such as UK personal income tax, with an emphasis on property and capital gains tax. She is also responsible for corporate tax matters in order to meet the daily needs of her corporate clients. On a daily basis, Mehala enjoys guiding clients by presenting things without using jargon and identifying potential tax planning issues. 

In her spare time, Mehala enjoys reading, going for long walks, watching quiz shows and travelling.
