We are proud to announce that our partner Isabella Segal has been named as one of the UK’s top 100 LGBT business leaders, according to the survey conducted by OUTstanding in conjunction with the Financial Times.
Isabella was ranked 88th which is a wonderful leap up the list from her first appearance in the list last year!
Commenting on the LGBT business leaders list, Isabella said:
“Being inclusive is not just about fairness it is the very essence of a prosperous future for any organisation. The FT’s LGBT business leaders list is an important vehicle to communicate that this an issue that needs widespread attention – if you want to attract the very best talent, you have to be the very best employer. If you look at the calibre of the individuals and organisations on this list, the proof is there. The support I have been given by them as employers and by my clients has been amazing and I intend to use today’s news to do even more to promote the benefits of diversity in the workplace.”
“OUTstanding CEO and founder Suki Sandhu said:
“We are delighted to see Isabella Segal from Nyman Libson Paul featuring in this year’s OUTstanding & Financial Times Top LGBT Executive list. Isabella is a true role model, proving that you can be openly LGBT in business and be a huge success. I’m certain they will provide inspiration to anyone who fears that they may have to be closeted at work, and waste valuable effort muting their authentic selves. She deserves credit for the leadership they show in welcoming people of all backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities.”
