Nyman Libson Paul, the chartered accountancy firm which specialises in the field of entertainment, is supporting the UK’s leading documentary awards this year.
The Grierson Awards are recognized as the leading documentary awards for film and TV in the UK and cover the whole factual genre.
The awards are run by the Grierson Trust which also undertakes charitable work to support documentary making and young documentary makers.
Nyman Libson Paul will sponsor the award category for the Most Entertaining Documentary. Partner Anthony Pins said: “We’re delighted to be supporting this year’s awards.
“We are developing something of a track record of tax credit claims for documentaries, having worked on films such as Project Nim and The Imposter, both of which have been nominated for and won various leading awards.”
The Grierson Awards, which commemorate the pioneering Scottish documentary filmmaker John Grierson (1898 – 1972), take place in November. For more information, please visit: www.griersontrust.org.
