Payroll Manager
Matt manages the firm’s payroll department, overseeing the administration and processing of payroll schemes of all sizes and across various sectors. Perhaps most notably, the department manages payroll solutions for theatre productions and the unique challenges and industry specific legislation that these schemes necessitate.
Matt has worked at NLP since 2019 and has over 15 years of experience working in outsourced payroll, having overseen the significant changes within payroll during that time which include, but are not limited to, RTI reporting, auto-enrolment and the dreaded job retention scheme.
Away from work, Matt follows West Ham United, Hornchurch F.C and plays golf (badly). He used to be a half decent long distant runner, but at the time of writing his fitness extends to managing to walk to the third floor of the firm’s offices without keeling over.
