Richard Paul

Richard trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward. He spent 3 years at BDO Stoy Hayward’s Management Consultancy arm and during that period was jointly responsible for the operation of Stoy Hayward Franchising Services.

He is the author of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales Business Briefing on Franchising and has lectured and spoken widely on the subject.

Richard joined Nyman Libson Paul in 1992 and was admitted to partnership in 1997. In addition, he is the firm’s ‘not for profit’ and charity partner dealing with in excess of 30 such organisations. He is also a specialist in tax shelter schemes involving film financing.
