Anthony Pins

Anthony has spent his entire professional career at Nyman Libson Paul. He joined the firm as trainee in 1983, qualified in 1987 and subsequently became a partner in 1994.

The majority of his time is devoted to giving commercial and tax-based advice to a wide spectrum of businesses, particularly in the fields of entertainment, property and retail. He also undertakes ad hoc assignments for litigation support, mergers and acquisitions.

Anthony advises a large number of clients in the theatre, film and television industries. He lectures on theatre industry finance and was commissioned by the Institute of Chartered Accountants to write a Business Briefing on the industry for reference by other practitioners. He is a committee member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Entertainment & Media Industry Group and until recently was a non-executive director of Audiences London, a not-for-profit audience development agency for the arts in London.

Outside the office, most of Anthony’s spare time is taken up by his 3 young daughters. He is an avid sports viewer, with an irrational lifelong support of AFC Bournemouth (his home town).
